Bobbie Dunn is an award-winning interior design professional, color specialist, and window fashion expert. She has served a wide variety of residential and commercial clients over her 30-year career.
Bobbie has worked with clients across the U.S. but focuses primarily on designing homes and offices of CEO’s, high tech business owners, doctors, lawyers, developers, and other professionals in the high end neighborhoods of Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania and surrounding suburbs such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Laurelford, Roland Park and Nicholson’s Manor. She has worked on numerous beach homes and condos in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. She has also done interiors for hospitals, medical facilities, and office complexes in central Florida.
With a strong background in art and a gifted and educated eye for color, her work in color selection enhances the ambiance and produces the psychological effects that calm her clients and their living or working spaces. This approach to color selection greatly enhances productivity in the workplace and gives a sense of soothing in areas of the home as well as prestige to the CEO’s office or home.
Dunn has expertise in furniture and art selection, space planning, and window fashions. Her views on window coverings, color, bed & bath, and children’s rooms have been quoted in the Baltimore Sun, Better Homes & Gardens, Home & Design, and Chesapeake Home. She has been a featured speaker at home shows.
She has served several hundred clients over her career, and is known for the long-term relationships she develops with them. She has worked on as many as three homes for a single client.
Dunn, a native of the South, has studied art and design in Arkansas, New Orleans, Florida and Maryland. She worked with architectural and design firms in New Orleans and the Tampa/St. Petersburg areas before moving to Baltimore.
